Nothing like a balancing bear pose to start your day!!

Merudandasana ✨

Begin seated in a butterfly pose, grasp your big toes with your index and middle fingers and shift your weight to your sit bones. Lean back just a little, and then straighten your legs (if you can!) to form a wide v shape. Hold for 6 breaths. In, out.

If you fall out, this is ok too! Just relax and have fun with those moments too.
